wait, do u mean for biceps?well i said it before that i overtrained my biceps extremely when i was 13. my current routine for biceps now is, straight barbell curls 3x10,8,5 then my best friend ezbar curl

these gave me my peak and ive always used them. i do thse 3 x 10,8,5 also. then incline alternate dumbell curls 3x8,6,4, then i finish off with two handed cable curls 3x10,8,5. im usually not even fatigued after this, bcus my biceps were extremely overtrained. i mean it wasnt even funny. when my biceps were sore, i used to just fight the pain and curl more the next day LOL. im now training my chest and shoulders twice a week. bcus from what i know, training them once a week has not been working too well.
