hey ya'll i had a question reguarding the lack of symmetry i have. well my biceps overwhelm my shoulders and tris. my question is should i loosen up on the bis, bcus my arm looks UGLY bcus of how my bis overwhelm them. should i just rely on my back workout for my biceps? like chin ups and rows. (btw chin ups are the one with palms facing you with hands close by right? bcus on google it shows wide grip and palms facing outwards. but yea should i take it easy on the biceps for a while?

What's your current split? Include exercises and sets/reps.

Chin ups:

Pull ups:

You shouldn't stop work on your Biceps, that'll cause more unproportions to occur. Happens to everyone, just be patient and keep eating and training hard. It'll come.

wait, do u mean for biceps?well i said it before that i overtrained my biceps extremely when i was 13. my current routine for biceps now is, straight barbell curls 3x10,8,5 then my best friend ezbar curl these gave me my peak and ive always used them. i do thse 3 x 10,8,5 also. then incline alternate dumbell curls 3x8,6,4, then i finish off with two handed cable curls 3x10,8,5. im usually not even fatigued after this, bcus my biceps were extremely overtrained. i mean it wasnt even funny. when my biceps were sore, i used to just fight the pain and curl more the next day LOL. im now training my chest and shoulders twice a week. bcus from what i know, training them once a week has not been working too well.

KM those pics are the wrong way round lol,
BTC i think 12 sets are too much for your Bis, its a small muscle so you could cut down the sets, to 2 per excercise if you want, post a pic of your front double Bi and we could help you out

KM is right BTC dont stop training anything at your stage of the game Judges love to see bis and thats a sad fact. Somewhere on here Kaboom has a pic of one of his comps where he took third and the only thing the two that beat him had on him were bis he had them on everything else from what I could see if you can find the thread youll see what I mean. Just keep training hard that means everything and things will come together and yea post a pic and we will shoot you straight bud.

Def dont stop training anything.Maybe you need beeter form or concentration on your tris and shoulders. Are you doing tris with shoulders? There is many factors that can contribute to this.At your stage in the game i dont really see how your Bis can be that much better.Like someone said lets see some pics and your whole routine.

Its apparent your biceps respond well. Personally, I would decrease the volume and include your bicep work out your back day. Then, you can focus more on delt and tricep development.

Personally, I do maybe 3 sets for biceps per week.
