rite my reps look lik this:
bench press
12reps 57kg
10reps 62kg
10reps 62kg
8reps 67kg
10reps 62kg

so basically its a drop set system but i was thinking of changing to:
bench press
12reps 57kg
10reps 62kg
8reps 67kg
6reps 72kg

does this sound betta then my drop set ?

Personally I would do 3 sets with the same weight. If I can complete all 3 sets next workout I will up the weight.

I like this idea.

Generally I advice my clients to use the 2+2 rule. If they can do 2 extra reps on all sets for 2 consecutive workouts, I have them increase the weight 10-20%.
