Hey im looking for a new split it been plenty enuff time on the ol 3 day one
here it is

day 1-Chest tri Abs
rest
Day 2- back bi
rest
Day3- Legs shoulders
repeat

I switch shoulders n abs due to my time and the like

so a new split would be excellent more time in the gym the better Thanks, David Gillis

That one looks good. here's another:

Day 1: Chest/Biceps/Abs
Day 2: Off
Day 3: Back/Triceps
Day 4: Off
Day 5: Legs/Shoulders

Pick and chose how you'd like. Just a suggestion..

Here's mine:

monday: pulling exercises (snatch, deads, rows, chins, curls, shrugs, core work)

wed: pushing muscles (1 arm barbell presses, dumbell presses, push presses, triceps extensions, core work)

fri: lower body (power clean [some pulling, i know], squats, lunges, front squats, stiff leg deadlifts, calves, core work)

tuesday and thursday are sprint days
saturday is agility, balance, and full body conditioning

actually it would be kinda weird. back workout is pulling the whole time and triceps is extension. So leave triceps with chest cuz those are both extension movements, and bi with back cuz those are both pulling movement. Legs/shoulders....ok

thats my 2 cents. anyone else?

Ok..

What my split was; is an example of a Push/pull split. Was a suggestion.
