Usually i will rotate between Hammer curls and reverse grip curls on the E-Z bar. I have gotten some nice developement with the standard hammer curl, but have always wondered how the Hammer Curl Bar works? I usually stay away from them since it bothers my elbow, and feels awkward.
Hows your expierence with it? Would you use it over the hammer curl?

im with Poppa. i use just dumbbells or i use the rope you'd normally do for triceps press downs but curl with it. the tension works really good for detail and really bringing them out so you'll get the good roundness in you're arms

Just to be the technical smart ass of the thread

The brachialis is the main flexor at your elbow, and the muscle it self runs beneath the bicep. Any curl works the brachialis, especially when your palm is supinated.

You're thinking of the brachidoralis.
