yea def. uh you really need to get big all over. It would not look right if you have these huge arms and smaller body. Develop a routine like different parts of your body on different days:

example

mon: legs

tues: arms

wed: back ect. ect.

Lots and lots of incline curls, FULL STRETCH at the start position. Don't be scared of adding weight each time you feel you can (weekly or even monthly), inclines are SO valuable as you really feel it in the belly of the biceps!!

I personally hate training my arms together. Yes, you get an all around pump but I see little to no growth doing that. You should try to have a somewhat core lift in your training days. You have 0 when you train arms, so imo, there's little intensity. Just my opinion though.

The most important thing is getting (and feeling) the stretch at the start point, and psyching yourself that YOU JUST GOTTA increase your weight in small increments at least once a month. For instance, instead of 30's you go to 35's. Any more, your form and that crucial stretch will suffer and your enjoyment will be gone!

at the end of like every other workout, try some hammer curls down the rack for 5-6 weight changes, one right after the other.

^yeah you have the idea. i usually work my way down the rack, up the rack, and back down for 3 complete sets of . Get a great pump when going down because you are able to squeeze out more at the end with less cheating than when you end on the higher end.

i used to have your problem and then i started doing my biceps as just one or two excersizes at the end of back/lats day.. since i hit them quite a bit with the wide chin ups, and lat excersizes i just do bb curls and incline curls or a different isolation excersize at the end of my back day and that has promoted the most bicep gain for me!
