Hey guys, I have seen a video on YouTube dealing with a preview of a video where a guy says, "I also was shown a nice workout for adding mass to the upper chest area". I have very broad shoulders and it's hard to pack on mass up there around the collar bone area. I do incline chest barbell on smith, incline flyes, flat bench, floor presses, pec dec etc....note not all of these are in one day of chest, I alternate weekly. I've been going wider on my grips for barbell on bench but I just don't see any progress on the upper chest. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
