1. My arm muscles
2. Stomach muscles

Would been nice to have more then two ways to train them on. Like one way with equipments and one without.

Thanks for all help

Its against my moral code to help someone just train abs and arms only.

Mine as well. Sounds like a dude bro...

If you want to train, actually do a full body workout. Nobody likes the way a small chest and big arms looks.

If you build only your arms and abs, you'll never get the chance to train your corpus cavernosum and spongiosum with anything under 200 pounds.

Haha come on guys, give him a break. Ok to start things off....

1. If you want to "improve" something, you must work everything else. The body grows together as a whole. You can certainly concentrate more on a muscle group, but you can not avoid the rest of your body.

2. What do you mean by "arm muscles"? Do you mean biceps, triceps, and forarms? Or do you lack in just one group? Also, HOW would you like to improve them? In strength or size?

3. Also the same question. Would you like a stronger core or a more toned core?

These questions need to be answered before anyone can come close to answering you bud. What is your goal? Stats?

2: Mainly biceps and triceps, but forarms is a +
3: stronger

Everyone starts off new. The angst you were getting was because there are so many guys that just want to get abs and arms and thats it. This is weird looking on the average human body.

If you wanna train your other body parts, let us know and you'll probably see alot more advice thrown your way. We dont treat every noobie badly, but there is alot of angst with abs/arms guys.

However, the fact that you are looking for a stronger core and not just a toned one is a good sign.

Any particular reason you are starting up?
