Half the time I dont have a training partner because Im very intense and most people are little babies and want to chat and wear panties. I dont want nobody touching my weight or helping me, the only time I want someone helping me is if I cant get it and its my own fault if I was dumb enough to load the bar to heavy. But if you can find that one guy who shares the same intensity you do (I have only had one in my lifetime and we complemented each other well, he is in medical school a ways away so...) it makes it worthwile.
