Extremely overtraining. That's an awful split. Look around for others, many on this site.

Try;

chest/tri
back/bi/forearms
Legs/Shoulders

And only do 3 exercises per muscle....So 3 for chest, 3 for tri..etc....Try that man

wow. les exercises, more sets, 5 or so reps homie.
chest/tri
back/bi
legs/shoulders

forearems and abs can be done whenever. they recover quickly (like the bicep muscles) and can be trained 2 days a week even.

So I think a two day split is good or three? Because I want to burn fat.

Thinking : day 1 : 5 exercises for every muscle. Chest, Back, Bi
day 2: 5 here to. Tri, Shoulders, Legs.
day 3: jogging - 1 hour
day 4: repet day 1
day: 5: repet day 2
day 6-7 : just jogging - 1 hour

How about that bros?
