Tjhats just it he doesnt lift anymore hasnt for 6-8 mos but he is kinda getting back into it.I might just get him on here.It was measured by bullshit electronic thing and i asked them to use the calipers and thats when it was 4.5 it was a little higher the other way.He has played baseball since he was 5 until last year.When he was lifting and trying to add I had him on some weight gain and he managed to gain about 6 lbs in 3-4 mos
