There is no 'lower chest' per say. Decline bench really shaped my lower chest, cables didn't do much.

cable crossovers are good for shaping the middle of your chest like the cleavage the space between the pecs.It hits a little lower if you do them with the cables coming from the floor

There isn't really a lower pec, the pec is one muscle, hence I don't do any decline movements (exception cabble cross if that counts)

i would say flat bench and flat flys....for me cable crossovers didnt really work

IMO decline benches are the worst exercises. stick to HEAVY flat benches!!!

I have done declines and can go superheavy they make me look strong haha but never get a pump or anything
