yea i know his routine, i have a magazine (muscle and fitness) with brock lesnar on the cover, shows his routine . monday-chest,triceps - bench press,dumbell flys,dumbell presses,cable crossover,drip,pressdown,skullcrushers, hes does rather high sets for some of them. for example he does 6 sets of benchi pressing. tuesday back,biceps, wide grip pullup, medium grip and narrow grip.. close grip pulldown, seated cable row, stiff legged deadlift, deadlift,ez bar preacher curl, hammer curl, seated dumbel curl, thursday- shoulders- dumbell front raise, lateral raise, smith machine upright rows, overhead dumbell press,seated dumbell press,barbell or dumbell shrugs. friday- thighs, leg extension,leg curl, narrow,medium,wide stance smith machine squat, leg press |
