I posted two weeks ago on my 425 lb. deadlift and my pursuit to 500 my the end of the school year. Well I pulled 450 last Friday, quite easily at that, so I'm boosting my goal to 525. I have a video of the 450 dl, so sometime soon I'll put it on here and youtube. Lift on!

Thanks guys. I'm 18 btw. My chest was always my weak point, but I've been adding a lot of strength to it, so I hope to bennch around 300 my the end of the semester, as well as squating 375. I've been doing a lot of rack pulls, but I'll incorporate good mornings into the routine. Thanks!
hey great job man! youll be pullin 500 pretty soon if ya stay at it! i never tried anything over 405 till one day i did 455 and then 515 one right after the other lol
