why dont you just keep reposting in this one? and good job. those are decent for being so young. and i bet youd be surprised how many people on this forum actually lift the same or really close that are much older and talk all the wisdom in the world.
ill do mine tho.

im 155 pounds which is what i compete at. i dont go to mch over that 160 maybe 164 ish tops.
Bench: i use dumbbells im using the 70's right now. which is actually good for me. i never used to bench.
Leg Press: 6 plates each side
Deadlift: 265x8
Shoulder press: 135x6
Curls:95x8
Bent Over Row: 190x6

thats about it. i wanna go back to 169 lbs tho.
