this is it so far.... any symmetry problems? or anything to look out for? my left arm looks slightly smaller due to light i think because i took another picture and they were just about the same size.

thanks mr bhana, i appreciate it. and to think i've been cutting without cardio lol, i gotta start throwing it in sometime soon cuz i know it gets harder and harder to lose those extra like 4 pounds at the end.

just about, for that entire year i've probably missed either 2 or 3 workout sessions, i alternated my split, what i ate and when, i also did the 2 1/2 pound program where is when id be lifting and on my last set id put 2 1/2 pounds on each side of what im working on and in no time before you know it next week you'll do 5 more lbs than last. I revolved my day around lifting, and remember to get enough sleep, i really have to stress sleep. Get your right foods in, and lift, lift , lift,, lift, lift, oh ya did i mention lift?

sorry i didnt exactly understand right away if i didnt answer you. If you're asking if im into some kind of strongman/ powerlifting stuff, not for me lol. This is what im working out with.
