Ok i got's a question. i just went out and got a excersize bike and i wanna know when is the best time to use it "besides the Morning" my day is 7am- 4pm work, then around 5-7Gym'in and i go to sleep at 10!

so i was thinkin @ 8ish i jump on for an hour and then around 9 30 eat a ton of veggies and hit the hay?

Early in the morning.. before anything bro.. mostly on an empty stomach.. You have fasted all night and have no food in your system.. So you have no calories to burn up,, just stored fat to use as energy..

If you want to loose weight, you burn off more than you take in, ( that's is taking in the fact that your tracking your caloric intake)... ARE YOU.. if your not, you need not ask a question of this nature. This is a basic bodybuilding 101..

Basically each day, you want to use more calories than you get. It's a simple logic.

However you should have one day each week where your calorie intake is higher than what you use though, because the body will accustom to certain fixed amount of eaten calories. Like lets say you are on a diet to loose weight.

My advice for going down in weight is eat often but little and run cardio in the morning on empty stomach.
