The battle between high and low intensity cardio??

Hey,
in everyone's honest opinion which is better to cut up for a competition walking and biking for 30-35 minutes or 15-20 minutes of high intensity cardio? thanks

well if your trying to drop the weight super fast before a competion high intensity to but to keep it off you have to do the biking for 30 minutes or so a day or walking. Jogging for 30 minutes drops weight fast. Best way is to go on competition diet. Talk to gumby I beleive he has one made up.

i'm preparing now for a contest .. and i found the low to moderate intensity work good for me .. do whatever you found it work better for u bro
