Well it is good to mix it up. I personally dont change from workout to workout. Ill switch it up when I feel like my body has gotten used to what Im doing. I also dont workout body parts twice a week. I might every once in a while If It feels right, but mostly just one body part a week. Hit them heavy and hard once a week.
This is my current split:
chest/tri
back/shoulder
leg/bicep
Ill do drop sets and ramp sets every now and then, but I dont do them every time.
Its all up to what your body can handle. If what you are doing is working for you and you dont feel like your overtraining then I say stick with it. Just listen to your body it knows whats best for you. Good luck!
