Each week i workout on average 4 or 5 times a week. working some muscle areas twice. I change my workout routine a significant amount though. For example ill change my reps and weight i use and exercises and rest time.

i hear chaning these up are good but is it good doing this all of the time?

i haev a couple rep exercises i do.
8-10-12-15-20 those are the reps u decrease your weight and increse reps but u start heavy and take no break. u just work straight through it. keepign a spotter though.

also i do 15 12 10 8. start light increase but i take 30 second breaks. normally i do giant sets with this.

12 10 8 6 done with a 2 minute break. this i do mix sets also a chest exercise then a tri as n example.

10 10 10 10 done with heavier weight and about 3 minute break but ill mix sets. like do chest tri chest tri etc.

the thing i am asking again is. is it ok to mix these workouts up during the workout week?? or is it liek if u feel good and feel healed then you are? I mean i do know a good amount about lifting. but i have noticed a more umm faster? progression and increase in weight annd endurance from doing this.

wat is your opinion?

Well it is good to mix it up. I personally dont change from workout to workout. Ill switch it up when I feel like my body has gotten used to what Im doing. I also dont workout body parts twice a week. I might every once in a while If It feels right, but mostly just one body part a week. Hit them heavy and hard once a week.

This is my current split:

chest/tri
back/shoulder
leg/bicep

Ill do drop sets and ramp sets every now and then, but I dont do them every time.

Its all up to what your body can handle. If what you are doing is working for you and you dont feel like your overtraining then I say stick with it. Just listen to your body it knows whats best for you. Good luck!

It doesnt seem like a good idea to change every workout but you said you are noticing improvments so dont fix nothing that isnt broke

nothing wrong with mixing it up a lil every now and again. its good to keep your body guessing, if it works for you, than great!

Keep pumping if you're seeing improvement. If you switch things up extremely frequent, maybe the only negative outcome would be your strength on a particular exercise wouldn't increase that much.
