WOAH. 1 day rest it too little bro, 4-5 days a week and keep an extra day for rest. Overtraining for sure. What you're working each day seems fine just cut it down. For instance,

Monday: Chest/Tris/Shoulders
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: Back/Bis/Forearms
Thursday: OFF
Friday: Legs
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: Abs/Cardio
^^That would be my edit of your workout routine. However, I would recommend something like this:

Monday: Chest/Tris
Tuesday: Legs/Bis
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Shoulders/Traps
Friday: (lagging bodypart/Back)

Your choice though, change it up to how you like it.
