I want to do a shoulder priority split for about a month.
Maybe 3 times a week for shoulders is too much but I am looking at max 30 minutes doing Arnold presses, lateral raises and bent over lateral raises. On mon wed fri. If that is too much then Mon and thur.
In fact my chest could do with the same piority treatment so maybe do chest aswell 3 days a week.
I have found Arnold presses work amazingly well for me. The first time I did an intense routine with them, I couldnt believe the results.
So maybe a 50 minute routine 3 times a week doing:
Arnold press
Standing lateral raise
Bent over lateral raise
Close grip flat bench press
Incline bench press
Then maybe do light back and biceps tue and thur.
Actually I could do the rear delts on a tue and thur back day with some traps and biceps work.
I am really just putting some ideas down, if anyone has a good shoulders priority routine, please share.
