how are high pulley reverse crossovers performed any one got pics or info i cnt find any thing on da net

Reverse cross overs are going to work your shoulders, I would feel you would want to keep the handles at shoulder level and perform them in a cris-cross pattern.. Is that what your asking.

WE do them from the lower cables and don't use handles. We just hold the balls.

yeah me too, just hold the balls in your hand and go over your shoulders and pull back, it does hit your rear shoulders though, really well though. Make sure you squeeze nice and hard though.

Face pulls and reverse flys with dumbells seem to be more effective for me but again we do these once in a while to switch it up.

variation is key to constant growth, so do one thing for a while, then switch it up, helps prevent plateau

use free weights, lay on your belly on the incline bench and have at it! i love it. it works great. huge burn!

Would this work the same areas as doing a reverse pek dek? I always do these for upper back and rear delts.

yeah, i actually do both, i start my shoulder workouts with high reverse cable pulleys and then finish with reverse peckdec, especially since the rear deltoid is often the most untrained part of your delts.
