lol ^^^ i dont usualy train traps with back anyway, but i have done before. i did deads and then heavy shrugs...it worked a treat haha

Am I the only one that don't feel it in my Traps when doing Deads...No-one can say I train light coz I always train heavy Deads over 500lbs

Has anyone ever got on a standing calf raise machine and just stood up under it and did shrugs using the weight on that machine.I love doing that after my reg shrugs.IDK but it seems to hit them a little different and you dont have to worry about your grip.
