Anatomy is huge in bodybuilding, I will thoroughly explain each body part.

The Tricep Branchii's an extensor muscle, unlike the biceps, which is a flexor muscle. The triceps accounts for approximately 70% of the upper arm's muscle mass. Simply just called the Tricep, it is a muscle three origins. The Long Head, Media Head and Lateral Head.

Mass Building Exercises?
Dips
Close Grip Bench Press
Cable Pushdown
Extensions (Skull Crushers)
Kickbacks
Overhead Dumbbell Press

I usually follow up my tricep exercise by finishing with cable pushdown then some cable kickbacks with a relatively low weight just to burn them a lil more usually get a great pump from this!

You want to kill your triceps? After you finish your normal workout, see how many dips you can do. I usually die before 10.

lol, i find kickbacks are great for conditioning and cutting, not soo much for mass due to the limit of weight you can really use on it, doesn't mean you can't gain size from it, but not like you would from skull crushers, pushdowns, dips and cg benching.

Usually if you do weight you can't do on kickbacks- your form gets messed up. That has happened to me a lot.

My favorites: dips, close grip bench, cable pressdowns, overhead dumbbell press.
