Believe it or not guys, I'm in Anatomy as a sophmore in highschool. There are many posts about the bicep, most of which people seeking advice on how to make the muscle grow or become more defined. I will explain each part of the bicep and simples exercises to gain mass.

The biceps brachii (as pointed out in the image) is a muscle located on the upper arm. The biceps has several functions, the most important simply being to flex the elbow and to rotate the forearm.
This muscle is the most known throughout the population, and the most popular
Brachialis Side of the arm in between the Tricep Branchii and the Bicep Branchii.
The brachialis starts from the anterior humerus and inserts on the ulnar tuberosity and coracoid. It's main function, also, is to flex the elbow.
