Tomorrow is my first day working out cutting after bulking for 4 months but I've been dieting since friday. Ill keep you guys updated on how I'm doing. Wish me luck for tomorrow. I hope to bench 300 at least once tomorrow. Last monday on chest day I bench pressed 285 x9 and I believe I can get 300 tomorrow. This post might not mean much to you guys but Just hoping for some support. Not attention. Thanks.

Thanks justlift, Its gonna be a ghetto bench. My weights that fit that bar only go up to 285 so i have to tie on the remaining 15 lbs, 7.5 on each side lol. Im just a bit nervous because I have no spotter but usually if i dont have a spotter I just slide the bar behind my head and slide out from under it. But i do hope i get the 300 up. As for the cutting, I will take pictures soon and keep everyone updated.

Hey guys, here's the update. I'm still on the diet and today, yes, I got up the 300, but not only that, it was 305lbs , 4 reps. It feels awsome
