I've been running into a problem during my training now, I went to workout my legs yesterday and when starting my squat warm ups I had the most annoying case of cramping in the outside of my thighs. I didn't even complete my workout yesterday because I wasn't much in the mood to be honest and I was interested in seeing how I would feel today all I did was

Squats
45 x 10 (40 seconds)
45 x 10 (40 seconds)
45 x 10 (40 seconds)

135X6 (30 seconds then cramped out)

I had to hyperventilate to stop the cramping when I was walking up just the stairs to the water fountain and its a few steps. I have no idea how my legs are sore today from just that and when im not on ketosis it usually takes high volume for my legs to get sore.

I'm thinking a lack of potassium is causing the cramps and the pain from the limited amount of work. I haven't been eating much tuna lately because i've been counting on other sources for protein and fat.

in a worse case scenario, try drinking 1 oz of pickle juice prior to working out. sounds dumb, but honestly it helps allieviate cramps

Water intake is solid. 1.5 gallons to 2.5 gallons depending on if I'm home or not for most of the day. I take a gallon of water with me if I go outside. I do take a multivitamin everyday and eat a very small portion of different types of vegetables each day (today raw onions).

I'll try the pickle juice stuff. I just read some things on it, I never knew that helped. I think im gonna go back to eating tuna too, only reason I slowed down on it is because its so protein dense for such a small portion of food.

yeah, thats the hard part. I was thinking about subbing out some food here and there. I've been eating muenster cheese for one source of fat, has no carbs. I think I can afford 10 carbs worth of bannas every so often. Or i'll just go back to using more tuna.

There are Multivits with a high amount of potassium in them, but really & trully I think that's where your problem lies. You need more potassium

I wouldn't take potassium supplements. Orally excess will be excreted but potassium is something personally I don't wanna mess with.

Here is your perfect solution: any kind of peanut butter. Preferably smart balance but you get, fat, protein, potassium, sodium and only 6g of carbs per serving and in that only 1g of sugar. Unsalted almonds will work too!
