thanks i already have mutli vitamins and i like by a spring(country boy) so i can just get water from there and i can cook so the meats gunna be no problem

AHAH,, well it all depends on how much money you have to spend..

1 2 3 5 6 7 9 are good starts.. Get the bulk of your nutrtiion from good clean food. And a lot of rest. Recovery is in your sleep. Casein is a slow release product found in natural source like Fat Free Cottage Cheese, if you have the cash for a Casein powder you may opt to buy one.. Or simply eat the Cottage cheese. The more natural you ingest the better for your body to absorb.

blueberrys, strawberries, banannas, apples, oranges, really any fruit. mix em in with breakfast granola. or cottage cheese as chris said, throw some berries in there to make it taste better.
