AHAH,, well it all depends on how much money you have to spend..
1 2 3 5 6 7 9 are good starts.. Get the bulk of your nutrtiion from good clean food. And a lot of rest. Recovery is in your sleep.
Casein is a slow release product found in natural source like Fat Free Cottage Cheese, if you have the cash for a Casein powder you may opt to buy one.. Or simply eat the Cottage cheese. The more natural you ingest the better for your body to absorb.
