There are many splits to chose from. You need to find the one that works for you.

An example of a 5 day split (My current one). This one is working very well for me, but it might just be me.

Monday: Incline, Flat Chest/ Light Back (Width)
Tuesday: Heavy Shoulders/ Arms
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: Heavy Legs
Friday: Light Shoulder/Decline, Flat Chest
Saturday: Hams,Calves/ Heavy Back (Thickness)

4 day split
Monday: Back/Biceps
Tuesday: Chest/Triceps
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Shoulders/Traps

3 day split
Monday: Chest/Shoulder/Triceps
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: Back/Biceps/Abs
Thursday: OFF
Friday: Legs/Traps/Calves.

A split needs to be experimented. These are just examples.

i was on a 3 day split (my uncle who got me into BB wrote it up for me and it worked good) but ill expermint with 4 and 5 thanks man

If it worked well for you, continue it. Just make sure to switch things up- that's what bodybuilding is about. Your body can't become used to the same range of motion, weight and stress put on it.

Hypertrophy is when the muscle grows.

When the muscle becomes used to it and returns to it's normal size its called Atrophy.
