cardio in leg day

it is bad to do cardio in legs day ? .. like doing cardio in the morning .. and then comeback afternoon to do legs ?

If u can do Cardio after leg day you dont train legs hard enough.

so the best is doing leg in the morning and then do cardio in evening like hdogg said :) .. thx guys

I do light cardio at the end of my leg session..mainly as a warm-down to get the blood flowing through with all its lovely nutrients etc.

I don't, however, train my legs to absolute failure so i guess it depend show hard you train them.

cardio on leg day is fine just make sure you space them out, i always say do cardio first thing in the morning do the weights in th afternoon or evening. there is no real set rule when it comes to this, if you feel like the cardio is taking away from your performance in the gym then don't do it, if it doesn't then keep doing it, don't make training legs and excuse not to do your cardio.
