Here are some common exercises with the correct form.
Correct form=Quicker gains

The Flat Dumbbell Bench Press

Flat Barbell Bench Press

Stiff-Leg Dead Lift

Arnold Dumbbell Press

Full Squat

Standing Barbell Curls

Flat Dumbbell Chest Flys

Close Grip Bench Press

Dumbbell Row

T Bar Rows

For anyone who had any questions on form- these exercises are quite common and used frequently.

Awesome post. It looks so easy, but I still can't get over the number of people who I see still training with bad form.

When i see people training, especially kids my age, they ego lift. They do weight they can't do, and do it wrong. Or they are just extremely uneducated and perform exercises like idiots.

Lemme get some more up.
