most people dont believe this at all. but i do for some reason. its called spot training you obviously need the good diet, but that set aside. lots of ab,lower back and oblique work. like i said alot of people say that doesnt work and yada yada. but i like the theory and the use of it. then theres good old sex. it burns a ton of calories and you use your abs so much you dont even realize haha. and then just plain old running always does some good. i dont like the bikes and stairs and stuff tho.

I am one who does not believe in spot training, some people swear by it though.

Prescription:
Take 1 treadmill 3-4 times a week for 35-45 mins.

Recommendation of use:
Put on incline (10-15%) and 3-4 mph and walk your fat ass.

I do cardio on off days, I lift M T Th F and cardio W Sat Sun. Keeps me about 12% BF.

The sex thing as stated above may work for you, don't know how you are w/ the ladies tho.

Running on trails is pretty fun. Get your diet together and that's it. I do not believe in spot reducing.

Simple things like walking more will even help too. Don't do too much cardio as it can be bad for muscle tone.

o btw i forgot im not fat, ive just been eating those really really late meals with crazy amount of carbs, this was wayy b4 i started bodybuilding, and i guess it all caught up to me, im not cutting im bulking right now but yea. thanks for the advice guys
