Anyone got any advise on how to make your shoulders stronger. I have some idea on what to do, but not enough. I am a gymnast and want to get and iron cross.

Arnold presses

1. Seated position
2. Bend arms in in a V position with Dbells in front of your face, twist wrist so that palms facing in.
3. Start movement, twist wrists to so that palms face out and widen arms with dbells to the outsides of your delts .
4. Push dbells up to just before elbow lockout.
5. Return to seated position, reversing the movement backwards.

If you can visualize that, that is an Arnold press. There are different variations of it. But that is the simple texted layed out terms
