
So I was doing leg/bicep today when this fucking idiot comes into the gym. Hes about half my size thickness wise but a little taller.
This fucking idiot puts a plate on each side of the BB. Then proceeds to start doing BB curls.
Im thinking to myself, "Goddamn 2 plates would be hard for me to do. This moron must be either stupid or really stronge for his size."
Here is how he proceeds...
He picks the BB up to do the curl....lunges his back into a reverse arch as far backwards as it will go with his ass sticking far out....thrusts his entire body forward with his hips out in front of him as far as they will go as he tries to lift the BB...then arches his shoulders as far back as they can possibly go and almost falls backward as he pulls the weight up into the top of the curl.
I wanted to go over to him and slap the stupidity out of him, but I withheld the best I could.
He did 2 reps like this (if you wanna call em reps) then puts on a couple more 10lbs plates.
I didnt even watch this time. I couldnt bear it.
Do you have morons like this in your gym? Am I being too hard on this guy? I didnt say anything to him because Im not being payed to be his personal trainer, but I really wanted to.
I know Im far from being a pro BB'r but when I see idiots doing stupid shit like this it makes my brain hurt, LOL!
I cant begin to imagine how his bench press form is...
