hi all im now gonna do traning only twice a week full body work out on tuesday and sunday because i have loads of things to do exams and shit i do martial arts on thursday and friday i think this split sound good because then i can have more rest and get some mass in

tuesday=
incline dumbell bench press
seated dumbell press
bent over rows
barbell curls
dip
squats
romain deadlift
barbell shrugs
calf raises
cruches

sunday=
incline barbell bench press
deadlifts
militery press
incline dumbell curls
close grip bench press
leg extension
romained deadlifts
barbell shrugs
claf raises
cruches

all excerises 3 sets 6-12 reps

what do u think guys

i would recommend you add something to target your triceps such as skullcrushers or tricep pushdowns. also do some pullups each day and you might wanna use dumbells every other time for your shrugs

That's a lot of exercises for each session in the gym. I think that you can probably get more out of doing 4-5 compound exercises twice per week rather than doing all of this. Do push movements for one session and pull exercises for the next. If you train hard and really push yourself, I think that you can see good gains with doing weights only twice per week.

or i might go back to 3 times a week and do basic movements like shrug bench squat deadlift curls u know what i mean

My routine is similar right now- Hypertrophy. I workout 3-4 times a week.

Lower the sets 2 on some, this way your not at the gym for an hour and a half. Like you said, perform basic movements and workout 3 times a week and you should maintain. You may not see a lot of gains with two workouts though because your giving the muscles a very long period to relax. Try 3 times a week if you have time.

Otherwise, I would say the routine looks fine.

Basic movements i guess would be- bench press, deads, rows, crunches, shoulder press, alternating dumbbell curls, tricep overheads, squat. shrugs.

I would just do an alternating schedule bench, squat, deads and throw in whatever assistance and core owrk you can handle after youare done with your basic movements
