I've heard people talk about shoulder burnouts at the end of their routine to help finish them off. Anyone know how're this exercise is performed correctly?

It sounds interesting because i personally find it hard to get a real good pump in my shoulders.

i like doing these a lot. do dumbell front raises and side laterals for burnouts. also you could do some drop sets with your regular sets

Would that be like a front raise straight into a side lateral for how ever many reps for one set? Or is it a set of front raises for a set, then a set of side laterals?

How're drop sets performed? Is it pyramiding the weights down?

I start with 35lb dumbs and do lateral raises for 10 reps. I drop down 5 pounds every time until I do 15lb dumbs. This is done with no break, and if you want burn, there you go.

Yea just try some drop sets for the burnout with some kind of execise that works out yur middle deltiod such as the dumbell press for shoulders. Start with whaveve weight u can do 10 times and go down the rack. like 50's 40's 30's and so on... i dont get much pump in my shoulders just a lil so that seems normal to me

I've been doing 6-7 exercises for a complete shoulder burnout. In 3 weeks I've got a massive blowout in size.
