i dont barbell bench press, and i dont do dumbbell bench press either.
i get all my mass from cable flyes, and pec dec.

o hey lbj! i had a question about your glutamine,creatine,and taurine mix... how much water do u use to mix these? and is it ok if i use creatine from met-rx that has..sugar added (basically saying its not pure creatine) and also wat type of taurine do u use?im only 15 so i just wana be 100% sure, not that i dont trust u, but its juts my age thats all. thanks lbj! and thank u under cons. for your input!!

do both. whilst barbell might produce overall better strength gains, the dumbell press allows for a longer ROM, and thus stretches your muscle fibres more. if you want to learn more...research Layne Norton
