i've tried lots of different splits and i've only found one thing that works good for me. i just workout whatever feels good that day. u cant go wrong with it unless u start neglecting to workout body parts that need to be worked out

no i mean like all my pulls one day all my pushes the next. ex: mon - bench press, shoulder press, close grip bench, Tue - rows, curls and so on. then i would train legs wed, and do pushes thur and pulls fri. im just trying to completely change up my workout for a few weeks not long.

i dont have a routine yet im just thinking about doing this type of workout and i want to see what kind of results otheres have got from it. it would be
mon - chest, shoulders, tris (because your pushing in all those)
tue - back, bis (pulls)
wed - legs
thur - chest, shoulders, tris
fri - back, bis

Looks good, but I thought I would post another variation on a push/pull split. I havn't used this, but I've heard good things from people who have.

Day 1: Upper Body Push
Day 2: Lower Body Pull
Day 3: Off
Day 4: Upper Body Pull
Day 5: Lower Body Push
Days 6 and 7: Off
