Just curious if i am the only on who thinks that olympic compound movements are severely under-rated when it comes to packing on some solid mass? Movements such as clean and press and power cleans have really helped me bulk up, but i rarely see many others utilising them. Am I alone here boys?

Cosign. they look pretty hard if you ask me. I may be wrong but it looks like you can hurt yourself badly if you do them wrong.

it's a staple in my workout, they are more for speed and explosion which is crucial in sports and therefore bodybuilders tend to stay away from them, also most gyms do not have clean bars and the proper weights to clean with... there is a distinct difference between a clean bar and other bars

although they look very hard it is mostly technique and hip explosion, our 180 pound cornerback can power clean just about 315
