Hi too all you pros and amateurs with knowledge out there..

I have a problem regarding the definition of my body. I dont have a real problem getting big but do show them is a major issue.

Why is this? because of the fat levels are to high or im doing something wrong here?

And one last thing, my forearms and calfs. they just wont grow, solutions?

Peace

What is your current height / weight and bf%,. Are you attempting to bulk up or cut down?

If you don't have much definition it can be several things, the most pertinant being your bodyfat percentage. While everyone is different with how vascular they are at any given points, the lower body fat you have the more defined you will be.

Do you use straps and gloves alot? Post your routine.

to get more definition.... diet and cardio lower those calories.

A lot of people have huge issues when it comes to calves, just train them as hard as you can. twice a week. same with your forearms

I know your pain about calves. I work mine out heavy and they just don't seem to a good amount bigger. But if you wanna cut, i would say- diet, cardio, less weight more reps.

What I do is less weight and a more reps... Forearms and calves are hard to build and probably take the most time.

If you want to cut down you have a few choices, you can read laynes precontest primer which should work great or look for alternatives, which I wouldn't suggest until you have tried laynes approach.

Keep lifting heavy just shorten your rest time and make sure you give yourself a rest day. High reps flatten muscles so i never reccommend that unless you a re a week or 2 from a show and cant afford the soreness
