ive been having trouble for a few weeks working my biceps. they never feel pumped or even tight at all. When i work triceps they tighten up very quickly and it annoys me because i dont feel like my biceps are growing at all. heres what i do for biceps:

preacher curls
alternate dumbell curls
concentratin curls
standing ez bar curls

I just recently started back doing inclined curls and its helping a little. I just wondered if anyone could maybe post some new exercises i might benefit from. thanks in advance

stop using the ez bar and use the barbells or the fatboy barbell. make sure your flexing the bicep at the top of your contraction when doing curls. also, get a bicep belt...that'll help ya not cheat and not ego train. try doing high reps also.

Also, I've found when curling, if you roll your wrists towards you while curling, you workout more forearm than bicep

Try different types of placement of the curls. Such as with dumbells, move your thumb all the way up to touch the weight and curl. Different variations help different types of people.

keep your elbows tucked in at all times. keep them very close to the trunk of your body.
