i say squat.

i know deads works BOTH back and legs but your legs are the largest muscles in your body. Focusing on them adds serious mass. I love both, but if you gotta single one out, gotta say squat.

I Always do deads after squats makes for a killer leg w/o but make sure you arent doing back the next day

i wouldnt want to leave either out i would sooner drop a load of other stuff first though you might deadlift less frequently than squat depending on recovery ability some people deadlift every 10 days while others do it more frequently different strokes for different folkes

Squats do put more mass than deadlifts IMO.

i go with squats too. but for the main reason that my squat is heavier than my deadlift and i don't think i cud have a leg workout without squats.

both are as good as each other IMO, but squats add more size to legs than anything, but if i could choose...squats any day. deads are the only exercise I HATE
