hey guys, ive been doing sets light to heavy. i was wondering if its a good variation to do heavy to light(not dropset) wondering if this would just drain your eneergy level, or would it be a nice shock to my muscles? any opinions appreciated. thanks guys

Yes, it will shock the body and promote the fast and slow twitch muscles to engage.. Don't do it all the time but it's a good variation to your routine.

I find that you can also manage to get that extra pump or that burn that you dont always get when going heavy!

^Cosign! That burn is nuts on leg extensions, a terrible but beautiful pump lol.
