hey guys, ive been doing sets light to heavy. i was wondering if its a good variation to do heavy to light(not dropset) wondering if this would just drain your eneergy level, or would it be a nice shock to my muscles? any opinions appreciated. thanks guys
Yes, it will shock the body and promote the fast and slow twitch muscles to engage.. Don't do it all the time but it's a good variation to your routine.
