Hey,
are db pullovers better for chest or back day thinking about adding them in at the end of my workout for back wanted to make sure.

i always thought they were more for chest when i used to do them i always included them n chest day

Whenever I tried them it always felt like I was doing a tricep extension, and my tris got all pumped :(

that means the weight is too heavy and you're pressing the weight at the top, back off the weight a little

i always doing it as a streach exercise .. and i'd like to finish my lats workout with it .. i feel it's hitting the lats more than the pecs .. but both are working during the movement

If you got a good "feel" in you're muscles, you can focus the force on either the lats of the chest. I myselfe have used it with great results for the chest.

When I first started I thought I was hitting chest until I realised afterwords I was sore in lats lol
