I told everyone in the previous thread I made that I would post my stats and routine here to get some advice from other board members. Just a little background info, I've been lifting seriously for a couple of years but around May, I had to stop because of life issues. I've been training off and on since then, but nothing consistent. Now I'm trying to get back into it hardcore and continue to grow and get stronger.

Height: 5'9"
Weight: 150lbs
Measurements Unknown
Short-Term Goals: Get strength up by mid-January, reach 160s by Summer
Long-Term Goals: 180s with 6-8% bodyfat
Here's a routine a friend of mine suggested, and it seems like a good one.
Monday: Chest/Tris
Tuesday: Back/Bis
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Shoulders
Weekends: OFF
Suggestions for exercises is something that I'm looking for here. I always have trouble coming up with good exercises for some reason. Any other suggestions and ideas are welcomed too. |
