Training Routine... thoughts and suggestions welcomed

I told everyone in the previous thread I made that I would post my stats and routine here to get some advice from other board members. Just a little background info, I've been lifting seriously for a couple of years but around May, I had to stop because of life issues. I've been training off and on since then, but nothing consistent. Now I'm trying to get back into it hardcore and continue to grow and get stronger.

Stats
Age: 20
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 150lbs
Measurements Unknown

Short-Term Goals: Get strength up by mid-January, reach 160s by Summer
Long-Term Goals: 180s with 6-8% bodyfat

Here's a routine a friend of mine suggested, and it seems like a good one.

Monday: Chest/Tris
Tuesday: Back/Bis
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Shoulders
Weekends: OFF

Suggestions for exercises is something that I'm looking for here. I always have trouble coming up with good exercises for some reason. Any other suggestions and ideas are welcomed too.

I would suggest changing to this:
Monday: Chest/Tris
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: Back/Bis
Friday: Shoulders
Weekends: OFF

You want to do legs before a off day seeing if you hit them hard enough before another muscle group they will rob nutrition from w/e other muscle group would need, This is because they need more rest and nutrition than anyother body parts.

As for exercises use these, Also dont forget your ab's!

Chest:
Dumbell Bench Press
Barbell Bench Press
Incline Bench Press
Dumbell Flys

Tri's(Use two-three):
Skull Crushers
Cable Pull Downs
Close Grip Bench Press
Dips

Back:
Wide Grip Pull Ups
Lat Pull Downs
Cable Rows
Back Extensions
Dumbell Rows
Deads

Bi's:
Alternating Dumbell Curls
Hammer Curls
Preacher Curls

Legs:
Squats
Hack Sqauts
Leg Press
Leg Curls
Leg Extentions
Calf Raises

Shoulders:
Barbell Military Press
Dumbbell Military Press
Lateral/Side Raises
Shrugs

That splits fine to me. And the workouts mm1snapper said seem perfect. Try adding dome dead lifts..
