sorry if this bores u guys but I had to tell sombody cuz my training partners already know and everyone else I know arent lifters like you guys so: my old max which I havent been able to best for almost 2 years was 315 a couple of days ago I hit a solid triple and forced one with 315! My max estimated squat using the exrx sites one rep max calc. was 365 weak I know but I have had two bad knee injuries but it has been consistently healthy this whole year so anyway I have been geting 6 and 7 reps w/335 over the last month the calc. estimates 1rm to be in the 400 range.I will likely never again perform a one rep max in the squat for fear of reinjuring it.Last but not least caliper test last january said that I had 171 lbs of lean muscle mass today the caliper test said I have about 180.6 lean muscle mass over 9 lb. gain in 07. I know that doesnt sound like much but remember it is sitting on a 5foot 5 inch frame. So anyway these are my 07 accomplishment if anyone else would like to post theirs in here feel free I'm done and happy. Hope 08 is this good.
just to clarify the 315 that I hit a triple with was my flat bench max. Guess I was so excited I forgot to add that LOL. Ym your advice is valued for sure and I will be sticking with your WO for a while thanks again! thanks to everyone else who has posted
