i need major help with my split because i do sambo and karate on thursday and friday night so i need a new split routine because u guys no loads more than me im only 14 5,2 stocky 120 pounds thxs guys for the help

how many days do you want to work out? do you want full body split? push pull? large muscle group paired with a smaller?

how about...something simple

monday: chest/triceps
tuesday: legs
wed: shoulders
thurs and fri ...your other training
saturday: back/biceps
sunday: off

if you dont want to workout on the weekends...put biceps with legs and then train shoulders and back together on wed.

my workplace has a slogan, K.I.S.S.... (Keep It Simple Stupid). Haha, fits perfect, nice easy and to the point.
