welcome to the dungeon,, nice to have you here.

What is your current routine.. Typically your basic mass excersizes are

1. Straight bar curls
2. Dbell curls
3. Camber ( bent bar) curls
4. Hammer curls.

this time of year for bulk I do
reverse grip barbell(palms facing away from you)
hammer DB(palms facing each other)
standard barbell( palms facing you)
all as heavy as I can go for 8-10 reps with a long neg at the end. If the straiight bar hurts your wrist switch to ez bar. This works for me but everyone is different.

IMO reverse grip curl isnt a good mass excersise it works mainly the forearm but does hit bis some but not the medial head

arnold book is where I read about this again a year ago. I had read it before maybe 10 years ago but forgot about it. I was looking for an exercise that would build mass so it would look more peaked when doing a double bi from the rear and there it was. While I agree about the forearms it has helped me add quite a bit of mass where ther was not so much b4. Because the bi functions not only to draw the forearm closer to the upper arm but to also the hand from prone to hammer to supinated positions I think it is important to put the bi under a heavy load in each position to build over all mass. Just giving you my line of thought not saying it is the begining and end of anything.
