question 1: how do u get wings? like the muscles under your armpit, and also how do u get that V shaped back, is it all strictly diet? same goes with the seperation look u get frmo the abs>

no its not diet, but u should still keep a good diet. DO PULLUPS AND LOTS OF THEM!! these will give u what ur looking for

pull ups are diff from chin ups right?

im not quite sure about this but i think the diff between pullups and chin ups are that one is overhand and one is underhand. but for the best results u should use all kinds of grips. as long as you can do about 5 pullups, you'll be able to make fast progress from there. i used to only be able to do 12 bodyweight pullups and now im up to 25

lol my lats arent big. they are proportional to the rest of my body and im still lean. if u dont want the huge bber look u can still have a V-shaped body without being huge and nasty lookin like that

what gave me a decent V shape was keeping my waist down and building up my shoulders and lats. i like all back and lat work outs/movements. i like the wide grip pull downs and wieghted pull ups, close and wide grip.

You have to work at pull-ups but they will come.. like everything else. Be consistent.

If you can't do pull ups use high cable pull downs or do the negative part of pull ups. Get a chair or bench to stand on and get yourself into the top position and then slowly lower yourself.
