hahaha i have actually been working out now and YESS... i have honed my pecs and now... they move when i flex my pecs but...only my right one moves when i want it and my left is starting to move too, thats just cuzz my right is stronger right?....anyways, i was just wondering

when you wrestle/fight where does that brute force come from when you are trying to take someone down...?

the pecs? the bis? the forearms?

Um, congrats.

Its full body. You need grip and arm strength along with core strength to keep them going where you want and you need leg strength to drive through.

definitly full body, but most of the take down power comes from legs.

legs and core for the take down. Even if you have weak arms as long as you can lock one hand over the opposite wrist or clasp hands together it takes very little arm strength then legs and lower back to lift them up and out of their sprawl then abs and your own body weight to drive them to the ground. Still though its nice to have strong arms once you get there to POUND THEIR FACE INTO A BLOODY PULP!!!( sorry for the rage I'm headed to the gym).. Congrats on the pecs kid!

Cosign with the legs you have to have leg strength in alot of sports. Wrestling and boxing type sports thats where all of the weight comes from that and the core.

Back&speed,if your the strongest fuck on the planet and you dont have speed,try to get your hands on a guy like me or anybody that trains like a fighter(i got 4 days bbing and 3 days mma),do 1 or 2 leg takedown and pound away.

anyways your 15 and you leg press 900? shit!

i max out the machine at school and thats only 220

anyways i am sorta the most agile kid in my or atleat top 3

but like this kid i wrestle for fun all the time just never gives up u know?

so i constantly have in half guard and have him in a head lock until he sleeps... but he is shorter than me tho

mma...you fight? or is that just conditioning?

in mma just the conditioning and some wrestling but no fighting yet,no i dont live in toronto(its a nice city though),leg press is easy to get stronger at,at least it is for me.
